My ears have this really cool setting where they can’t hear whining.
It’s really awesome and saves me from losing my 💩 on the regular. The best part is, you have it too! It’s just a matter of activating your whine prevention settings.
It’s a super simple process. The next time your kids are whining, all you need to do is:
- Tell them you’re really sorry and you really want to help them, but the thing is you just can’t understand what they’re saying🤷🏼♀️
- Go somewhere quiet
- If in doubt, repeat step one 😉
Bottom line: just because our kids choose to use a super-annoying voice in an effort to get what they want DOES NOT MEAN WE HAVE TO LISTEN TO IT.
After a while your kids will catch on that your ears magically tune out whenever their voice hits the whine zone, and that if they want you to listen, they’re going to need to tune into a more tolerable frequency.
In this week’s vid I’ve got loads more practical tools for whining, including how to deal in-the-moment, as well as 3 proactive steps you can take from preventing it happening in the first place 💪🏼👊🏼
