Social media can be quite the beast, can’t it?!
While it is pretty much the best thing since sliced bread when it comes to keeping up with friends and family (or your favourite Kardashian… ?), it also presents a unique set of challenges, especially when it comes to posting content related to our kids.
It’s tough, isn’t it?
Wanting to share and connect with family and friends, but how much is too much? And when does our sharing cross the line?
This is definitely a hot topic, so on today’s #coffeewithkelly I’m sharing my take on posting our kids’ images online, including a convo on why our generation is unlike any other before it, factors to consider before posting, and how this tricky topic can be used as a springboard to teach even our youngest kids about consent.
And I’d love to hear your two cents — do you post pics of your kids online? Do you have any personal “rules” or guidelines you follow regarding your kids images and social media? Leave a comment or hit reply and let me know — always love hearing from you!
